Dustin began his career in the Farm Credit System in 2011. He graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with a degree in Business Administration/Real Estate. Dustin resides in Van Zandt County with his wife and their two daughters, serves on the Van Zandt County Beef and Forage Committee, volunteers with 4-H and is past Director of the Canton Chamber of Commerce.

Ryan Martin joined us after 20 years in the golf industry, most recently as the Director of Instruction at Golf Clubs at the Tribute. He grew up farming and ranching in Southwest Kansas and graduated from New Mexico State University with a bachelors in Business Administration & Marketing. He is a member of PGA of America and North Texas PGA. Ryan and his wife Leslie have two boys and enjoy hunting and fishing on the family ranch in Kansas.
