Weston Reynolds joined the Texas Farm Credit team as a Relationship Manager in 2025, and was our first participant in the TFC Foundations Program.
Weston was born and raised in Lufkin, Texas. He attended Huntington High School, where he was actively involved in youth leadership and community service. During this time, he served as State President of Texas 4-H, was a nominating committeeman for the Texas FFA state office elections, and held leadership roles as President of both the Student Council and the National Honor Society. Weston also excelled in competitive public speaking, earning the title of Texas FFA State Champion in Senior Prepared Public Speaking and winning Grand Champion at the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo.
In 2019, Weston graduated as Valedictorian of his class and was awarded the prestigious Terry Foundation Scholarship, a full-ride scholarship that enabled him to attend Texas Tech University. During his time at Texas Tech, he was selected by the President’s Office for a congressional internship in Washington, D.C., and recognized by his professors as one of the top students in the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. In 2022, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics.
Weston began his professional career in 2023 as a Financial Planner at Commercial Bank of Texas, where he worked with businesses and individual clients to manage their cash flow and plan for long-term financial success. He specialized in developing tailored investment portfolios that balanced performance objectives with risk management in capital markets.
