Shane was born and raised in Anderson County. He attended Southwest Texas Junior College and graduated graduated with his degree in Agricultural Business & Animal Science at Sam Houston State University, where he also rode bulls and bareback horses. He worked as an account manager for an oilfield chemical company before beginning his Farm Credit career in 2020. Shane and his wife have three daughters, and often find themselves at their various sporting events or at the barn taking care of their show animals. He is honored to serve on the Anderson County Youth Livestock Association board, Elkhart ISD school board, as a church elder, and on a buyer’s club that support kids at the county livestock sale.

Cord previously worked as a real estate agent in Rusk where he specialized in farm and ranch properties, which eventually led him to his career at Farm Credit. He is the former president of the Rusk Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Cherokee County Junior Livestock board. Cord and his wife have two children, two dogs, and one cat. Their family recently began building their commercial herd of Brangus cross cattle. He loves all things outdoors and really enjoys old antiques.

Prior to her career with Farm Credit in Palestine, Haley graduated with her BA in Agricultural Communication from Tarleton State University and became a marketer for a boutique. She enjoys being able to serve members and form relationships with each customer. Haley and her husband are excited to be a family of three soon, and enjoy spending their free time with their families.
