Billy Best has been a part of the Texas Farm Credit team since January 2015. He is currently a member of the Harlingen Cotton Committee, and past member of the Algodon Board of Directors. Billy is also an active committee member of the Kleberg-Kenedy County Jr. Livestock Show. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren on their family cattle operation.

Nicky Brashear previously worked with Farm Credit from 2005 to 2011, until she resigned to stay home with her children. She returned in November 2015 and currently works part time. Nicky and her husband Sean serve on the Algodon Club Board of Directors and are very active in the Sebastian Pony League where their children play baseball. Nicky enjoys serving others and her biggest joy in life is being a wife and mother of three.

Elsa has over 32 years of banking experience including loan accounting, loan administration, consumer lending, commercial lending, and special assets. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, taking daily walks, listening to music, meeting new people, reading, and watching NFL games.
