With more than 40 years of progressive experience in the banking industry, Scott Petty brings deep expertise, strong leadership, and a relationship-focused approach to serving customers and communities.

A native of Lubbock, Texas, Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. He believes, “Banking is a profession that allows you to become friends and a trusted advisor with your customers, which is both a privilege and a responsibility.”

Scott is actively involved in his community and volunteers with Tarrant County Meals on Wheels, delivering meals to homebound residents. He and his wife, Brenda, have four grown children and four grandchildren ranging in age from 1 to 17. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time in West Texas chasing bird dogs, as well as fishing, golfing, and tending plants in his greenhouse.

Originally from Central Texas, Caleb went on to attend Texas A&M University where he graduated in 2022. He has been part of the Farm Credit family in McKinney for nearly two years. In his spare time, Caleb enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, and fishing. As a big fan of Texas country music and southern rock, he also enjoys attending concerts with friends and family, and is willing to travel just about anywhere to attend a good concert.

An experienced rural lender, Michael joins Texas Farm Credit as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Team Lead. During his previous employment with Rural 1^st| Farm Credit Mid America (FCMA), he has worked closely with multiple Farm Credit associations and played a key role in supporting and growing those partnerships.

Prior to joining FCMA, he spent ten years in the golf industry as a PGA Golf Professional. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf both recreationally and competitively at local, regional, and national events. When he’s not on the course, he’s often fishing with his son or attending sporting events with his family.
