Kyle Watts has led a diverse and accomplished life, marked by his strong ties to Texas and his passion for the outdoors. He has experienced life in various states across the U.S., ultimately finding his home in the Lone Star State. Although he spent much of his childhood in Georgia, it was there that he nurtured his love for nature and the outdoors. Kyle earned his bachelor’s degree in agribusiness and master’s degree in agricultural and applied economics at the University of Georgia. This educational foundation would later serve as a strong platform for his career in the farm credit industry.

Kyle embarked on his farm credit career in 2011 serving in the capacity of analyst, lending officer, and ultimately VP Branch Manager at Texas Farm Credit’s Tyler branch. As a dedicated professional, his responsibilities included both business growth and effective branch management. Beyond his day-to-day duties, Kyle also took on the role of an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Champion within the Association, showcasing his commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.

Kyle’s commitment to personal and professional growth is evident through his participation in FCCS Leading Others, a program focused on leadership development. He also pursued advanced leadership training through the Governor Dolph Briscoe Jr., Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership Program (TALL), Class XV. This program offered him the opportunity to engage in both domestic and international experiences, with his international destination experience focused on China’s economy and agricultural industries.

On the personal front, Kyle’s happiness extends to his family. He shares his life with his wife, Stacy, and they are proud parents to twins. His leisure time is a reflection of his love for the outdoors, as he enjoys activities such as hunting, hiking, camping, traveling, and landscaping. His dedication to both his career and his family is a testament to his character and values.

Tiffany has held various positions in her professional career including landman, realtor and legal assistant. She is the President of the Lindale Baseball Softball Association and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, the National Association of Lease and Title Analysts, and is Secretary of the Board for East Texas Association of Lease and Title Analysts. Tiffany’s family is very active in Lindale youth sports.

Hayley’s first memory of the Farm Credit System is when she was in 4-H during elementary school, and Farm Credit added on to her pig project at the sale. Those add ons helped send her to Texas A&M University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in animal science While in college, she gained experience by working at Aggieland Title in College Station, TX. Texas Farm Credit is now pleased to have her on our mortgage team.

Blake brings nine years of experience in real estate both as a loan originator and real estate sales. He studied mechanical engineering and finance at the University of Texas at Tyler and received his bachelor of science degree. Blake’s wife Tatum is the owner of Lace Tribe Boutique in Tyler, and together they have 4 children, ages ranging from 7-16. They are heavily involved in sports and when they aren’t at practice or a game for one of their children, they are attending other sporting events.
