Kyle Watts has built a dynamic and accomplished career, deeply rooted in his Texas upbringing and passion for the outdoors. Having lived in various states across the U.S., he ultimately settled in the Lone Star State. Though much of his upbringing took place in Georgia, it was there that his love for the outdoors flourished. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness and a master’s degree in agricultural and applied economics from the University of Georgia, laying a solid foundation for his future in the farm credit industry.

Kyle began his farm credit career in 2011, serving as an analyst, lending officer, branch manager, and now as regional vice president. His role encompasses business development and branch operations, while his leadership as a Sustainability Champion highlights his commitment to responsible land stewardship and long-term community resilience.

Continuing to enhance his leadership skills, Kyle completed the FCCS Leading Others program and participated in the Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership Program (TALL), Class XV, where he gained insights into both domestic and international agricultural industries, including a focus on China’s economy.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife, Stacy, and their twin children. His love for the outdoors is reflected in his favorite activities, including hunting, hiking, camping, traveling, and landscaping. Both personally and professionally, Kyle is dedicated to growth, sustainability, and family values.

Tiffany lives in Lindale with her husband, two active teenagers, and their Great Dane. She enjoys cheering for her kids at their various sporting events, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. Tiffany began her Farm Credit career in 2020. Prior to Farm Credit, she gained a diverse professional background with experience in the oil and gas industry, real estate, and legal administration.

Rosy joined Farm Credit in 2015, bringing experience from two commercial banks. Her tenure includes working in the credit department and now serves as the Loan Administrator for the Tyler branch.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Rosy is dedicated to making a difference in her community. She has been a Hospice of East Texas volunteer since 2009 and a CASA advocate since 2015. Alongside her husband, Rosy actively participates in church ministries, supporting those in need both within and beyond their faith community.

Rosy lives in Flint with her husband and two cats, Java and Buckie. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Hayley Birdsong is a dedicated individual with a love for helping others. Her passion for communication and commitment to excellence shows in both her professional and personal life. With a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, her role at Texas Farm Credit has offered the prefect blend for her love of all things agriculture and serving others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Hayley enjoys pursuing her personal interests, including competing on her cutting horses, hunting, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her well-rounded approach to life and a heart dedicated to making a difference allows her to continue building meaningful contributions in her community and beyond.
