Texas Farm Credit Announces Renewed Board Leadership

Texas Farm Credit is proud to announce the results of its recent Board of Directors elections and leadership appointments. These updates reflect both the outcome of the annual stockholder vote and the board’s internal reorganization.

Following the vote, stockholders re-elected all incumbent directors, demonstrating continued confidence in the board’s leadership and direction:

  • Region 1, Position 1 – Jerry Chappell
  • Region 2, Position 2 – John Holloway
  • Region 3, Position 4 – Roger Claxton

After the election, the Board of Directors held its annual re-organizational meeting and appointed new leaders to key roles:

  • Chairman of the Board – Jerry Chappell (succeeding Bobby Hobson)
  • Vice Chairman of the Board – John Prukop (succeeding Jerry Chappell)
  • Chairman of the Governance Committee – Bobby Hobson (succeeding Jerry Chappell)

Several board members will continue to serve in their existing leadership positions:

  • Vice Chairman of the Governance Committee – David Henneke
  • Chairman of the Audit Committee – Gregory Richbourg
  • Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee – Marion Durand
  • Chairman of the Compensation Committee – David Henneke
  • Vice Chairman of the Compensation Committee – James Dawley
