Texas Farm Credit is inviting visitors to explore their newly built website accessible at TexasFarmCredit.com. The financial lending cooperative’s goal was to reimagine the customer relationship experience through their digital brand with member-based storytelling and educational resources to foster lasting partnerships.
Aside from the visual refresh and improved navigation and functionality, the new site will help visitors better understand the full suite of products and services offered by Texas Farm Credit, as well as offer convenient modes of contacting their local branch and connecting them to relevant resources throughout their site journey.
Created with the user experience in mind, the new site includes many fresh features such as:

- Improved robust loan and payment calculator
- New member benefits section
- Dedicated area for young, beginning, and small producers
- Resource page specifically to serve real estate partners
- Built-in access to online banking
- Convenient navigationto reduce the number of clicks needed to use the site
- Rapid response functionality allowing the site to be compatible with all browsers and mobile devices
- Enhanced security features to protect borrower information
“Texas Farm Credit is committed to helping borrowers make the most informed decisions on their lending journey,” said Chief Executive Officer Mark Miller. “We’re excited that our new site will serve as an even greater extension of that commitment.”
Texas Farm Credit selected Austin-based firm, Monkee-Boy, to execute the project. Together, they identified visitor profiles and envisioned a site experience to meet each borrower’s needs as a relationship-first lender.
“We were looking for much more than just a surface redesign,” said Marketing and Communications Vice President Kacy Land. “Our goal is to be a true resource for prospects, customers, and key referral centers which meant a total rebuild from top to bottom.”
One of the most important goals of the project was to highlight the association’s award-winning Resource Center: a one-stop repository of videos, articles, seminars, and more focused on a wide array of rural living topics. The connectedness of the Resource Center is built into other areas of the site, so visitors are always one click or tap away from useful and pertinent information.
The strongest current running through the new site is that of community. Most of the photos featured on the site are those submitted from co-op members and employees. Visitors will notice familiar faces, scenes, and landscapes from throughout their Texas locales. “It was central to our intention for the site that we feature the communities we serve,” said Land. Visitors are also invited to check out fellow members’ Success Stories that highlight journeys similar to their own.
