Billy Leavitt has been a mortgage lender for over 21 years with various companies in Austin and DFW, and was a state bank examiner for 4 years. He holds a degree from Texas Tech in ag economics. Billy grew up in Alpine, TX where he was involved in 4-H and FFA and won Grand Champion lamb at the Houston Livestock show. Billy and his wife have 2 children and he enjoys playing golf, hunting, wood working and following baseball.

Cade attended Texas Tech University where he obtained his bachelor of business degree, and competed in trap and sporting clays for Texas Tech and Schreiner University. He brings experience as a realtor to Texas Farm Credit and is a member of the Mortgage Broker Association and the American Association of Petroleum Landmen. Cade enjoys shooting skeet, bird hunting and spending time with family and friends.

Brooke graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Agricultural Leadership. She began as an intern at TFC in 2019. Growing up she was involved in her local 4-H and FFA club where she raised and sold broilers. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and outdoor activities.

Hayley Birdsong is a dedicated individual with a love for helping others. Her passion for communication and commitment to excellence shows in both her professional and personal life. With a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, her role at Texas Farm Credit has offered the prefect blend for her love of all things agriculture and serving others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Hayley enjoys pursuing her personal interests, including competing on her cutting horses, hunting, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her well-rounded approach to life and a heart dedicated to making a difference allows her to continue building meaningful contributions in her community and beyond.

Sara has been an integral part of Farm Credit for the past nine years, excelling in various roles within her organization. She is deeply committed to supporting her community, having served on the Anderson County Farm Bureau Board and the Anderson County Area Go Texan committee. Additionally, Sara played a key role in founding the Anderson County Buyers Club, which provides vital support to youth involved in the local livestock show.

Outside of work, Sara and her husband enjoy raising their three children on their family farm, where they care for cattle and spend quality time outdoors. Passionate about learning and teaching, Sara often engages her children in hands-on projects, including their latest venture: raising and processing meat chickens.

Emma brings a strong background in finance and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. Originally from North Pole, Alaska, she began her career with a local credit union in Boise, Idaho, after earning a degree in business from Boise State University. Emma later transitioned into mortgage lending, where she discovered her dedication to assisting clients in achieving homeownership.

In 2023, Emma relocated to Aubrey, Texas, with her husband, Matt, to embrace new career opportunities and the warmer climate. An advocate for community service, Emma has volunteered with organizations such as the Fairbanks Soup Kitchen, Nampa city cleanup initiatives, and founded “Sharon’s Caps,” a charity providing hats to chemotherapy patients in honor of her late grandmother.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading, indoor cycling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband Matt, and their dog, Kohl.

Brittney graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in animal science and soon after she obtained her real estate license. She resides in her hometown of Bellville, TX where she is active with the Austin County Fair and serves on various committees. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring small towns in Texas.

Kaci came to TFC with previous mortgage loan experience and is currently the director for her local chamber of commerce. She grew up in the ranching and rodeo industry. Along with her husband, Kaci continues to be steeped in her roots by raising three boys that are involved in junior rodeo and ranching. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time outdoors.

Blake brings nine years of experience in real estate both as a loan originator and real estate sales. He studied mechanical engineering and finance at the University of Texas at Tyler and received his bachelor of science degree. Blake’s wife Tatum is the owner of Lace Tribe Boutique in Tyler, and together they have 4 children, ages ranging from 7-16. They are heavily involved in sports and when they aren’t at practice or a game for one of their children, they are attending other sporting events.
